Order received was damaged

I called customer service, explained the situation and the customer service rep. was very quick to try to remedy the situation. Although the items I ordered were no longer available, she immediately said she would refund the money to my credit card. The problem was easily solved. Thank you.

Perks $14.95 charge

I noticed this charge on my credit card and called them right away. They cancelled the perks and refunded my credit card. They sent me emails confirming all of this and that there would be no future charges.

Cannot get this horrible unprofessional company to comply and quit sending me emails catalogs after my repeated efforts to get them to Quit.

Have contacted them repeatedly to leave me alone and quit repeatedly sending me info. Very unsuccessful in all contacts. Pathetic mail order company.

Order not shipped 2 weeks after ordering

I placed an order for $55 worth of merchandise on 12/1. Their normal ship time in the 3 years or so I have shopped at this company is usually about 5 days, even at Christmas.

I called after 9 days, and the customer service rep kept repeating that the order "will ship 5 to 7 days after ordering." It's like she did not understand my repeatedly saying, "it can't ship in 5 to 7 days if it has already been NINE days!" Every single item except 1 was listed as sold out, yet she still kept insisting I would get the items. It has now been 2 weeks and the status STILL says "preparing to ship" as it did 2 weeks ago! They do not reserve the merchandise when you order it as every other company I have ever ordered from does, and this makes the 3rd order where items were listed as sold out WELL after I ordered them! My order was never shipped, and items were listed as being in stock.

They cancel items due to being sold out once an order ships. The company does not provide a way to cancel orders. They claim they offer 24-hour customer service. I called, and the system said the wait time was "less than 1 minute." Then the system said the "wait time is 2 to 3 minutes," while I was on that same call and within seconds the system said, "the wait time is more than 3 minutes." I have spent a lot of money at this site, but I will never ever order from them again.

Now I have the temporary authorization still holding on my card, no merchandise and I do not even want it. I want the order cancelled and the temporary authorization immediately removed from my card.

Good to know they use smartpost. This makes a big difference.

I will not ever order from them again as we've yet to see the package and I've blocked our Card so they can't charge anything further than what I've already paid. Fingers crossed it actually gets to my mom.

Can't Get Customer Service on Phone

I have called several times and emailed to no avail. Trying to track my packages it always says the same thing after 7 days. This is utterly ridiculous. The customer service number hangs up on you even if you press 0 for a representative. Never again.

I keep calling their alleged 24-hour number and when I first call the recording says "the wait time is less than one minute." Then it says it is "between 2 and 3 minutes." Within seconds of that message, the recording says the wait time is "greater then 3 minutes." I placed an order 2 weeks ago that STILL has not shipped. Something recently changed in this company because they didn't used to be like this. Never ever again!

Poor Customer Service

I placed an order and the wrong delivery instructions were transferred by PayPal. I immediately emailed the company and told them the issue and gave correct address. When I did not hear from them, I called customer service and gave them the correct address. Today, I got a shipping email with the incorrect address. The email says "shipping pending". I went on the chat and told them the story and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I could call back and claim I did not receive it. This firm must just be a drop box, where they take orders and they are shipped from somewhere else.

I know it is the holidays and there are delays but I placed an order 12/3 and it still has not shipped. I generally like the merchandise here but have had it with the abysmally slow shipping. I called several times and was told it was 5-7 business days to ship. We are past that time and still it has not shipped. I need to get this by Dec 22 as I am going out of town. If this company cannot ship on time then they should notify customers so we can order elsewhere as much of their merchandise is available at Amazon. I give up on this company as shipping really sucks!!

This place sucks. I placed an order andwithin minutes its processing and I couldn't cancel it. They stuck me in a que so I had to wait then get told I can't cancel it. Also my order was one amount and they took a diffrent one out of my account. On top of that they took the money out that very second when on the website it says will not take money out until shipped. Customer service sucked. This I my first and only time ordering from this ratchet company.

They did refund me but had I not paid attention, they said because there was a pop up to get 15% off, i was joining a club I never consented to any charge. That's just a scam.
