Cannot get this horrible unprofessional company to comply and quit sending me emails catalogs after my repeated efforts to get them to Quit.

Order not shipped 2 weeks after ordering
I placed an order for $55 worth of merchandise on 12/1. Their normal ship time in the 3 years or so I have shopped at this company is usually about 5 days, even at Christmas.
I called after 9 days, and the customer service rep kept repeating that the order "will ship 5 to 7 days after ordering." It's like she did not understand my repeatedly saying, "it can't ship in 5 to 7 days if it has already been NINE days!" Every single item except 1 was listed as sold out, yet she still kept insisting I would get the items. It has now been 2 weeks and the status STILL says "preparing to ship" as it did 2 weeks ago! They do not reserve the merchandise when you order it as every other company I have ever ordered from does, and this makes the 3rd order where items were listed as sold out WELL after I ordered them! My order was never shipped, and items were listed as being in stock.
They cancel items due to being sold out once an order ships. The company does not provide a way to cancel orders. They claim they offer 24-hour customer service. I called, and the system said the wait time was "less than 1 minute." Then the system said the "wait time is 2 to 3 minutes," while I was on that same call and within seconds the system said, "the wait time is more than 3 minutes." I have spent a lot of money at this site, but I will never ever order from them again.
Now I have the temporary authorization still holding on my card, no merchandise and I do not even want it. I want the order cancelled and the temporary authorization immediately removed from my card.

THESE PEOPLE USE FEDEX SMART POST FOR SHIPPING AND IT TAKES TWICE AS LONG TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 10/25/21, ALL THE ITEMS WERE IN STOCK.
IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL 10/30/21. I LIVE 3 HOURS FROM WHERE THE PACKAGES ARE SENT FROM. MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SETTING IN A FED EX HUB FOR 3 DAYS AND HAS NOT MOVED FOR 3 DAYS.AND SAYS PENDING DELIVERY. THIS IS HOW FEDEX SMART POST WORKS.
WE AS CUSTOMERS PAY THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND LAKESIDE COLLECTIONS MAKES MONEY OFF THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING WWKS ON THEIR PACKAGE. I LIVE 45 MILES FROM WHERE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SETTING FOR 3 DAYS ANT GET IT DELIVERED.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. FROM NOW ON WHEN I ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE I WILL ASK IF FED EX SMART POST WILL BE SHIPPING IT.TAKES FOREVER

Good to know they use smartpost. This makes a big difference.
I will not ever order from them again as we've yet to see the package and I've blocked our Card so they can't charge anything further than what I've already paid. Fingers crossed it actually gets to my mom.
