PERKS!
Scam, a charge of $14.95 was billed to by credit card for a PERKS account. Do not sign up for this!
I requested a credit of the $14.95 because no where did it read there would be a charge for the PERKS account! I have ordered through Lakeside Collections in the past and was offered a *refund for shipping* on my last order if I signed up for PERKS! Again no where did it read there would be a $14.95 charge to my credit card! I expect a credit or I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.
I cannot believe in this day and age of social media they would even think of doing something like this.
How bold. Remember to read the fine print, guess I need new glasses!

Got wrong product
I had ordered one of each of the crossword puzzle, word search, and Sudoku puzzles. I got my order today and received two crossword puzzles and a word search.

Excessive emails
The response was quick and explained the process might take a few days. Since they are still coming in, I can't accurately rate customer service yet.
I have no problem with your company and its products but I would guess that I'm not the only person who is constantly deleting your emails.
If you don't check the box, you should not get emails every single day!!! m

Credit xpress payments
I have been trying since 2/16/24 to make a payment on my account. I tried at lakesidepaymentplan.com, the page won't load.
I called and spoke to a girl named Raya who said she couldn't process my payment on the phone. She gave me a different # to call. I called today 2/19/24 and spoke to a girl named Shay who could not find my account & she said she couldn't take my payment on the phone. So she gave me a different number to call.
I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one picked up the phone. So apparently you guys don't want my payment that's due tomorrow! So I will drop it in the mail, , and I'm not going to pay a late fee. This is not my fault that my payment will now be late.
If the only way to pay your bill is through the USPS than that should be stated on the invoice and all other payment options should be removed! I should not have to jump through hoops to make a payment! My account can't be found on the automatic phone payment center.
None of your call centers can assist me and your website doesn't work. This is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable business.

FALSE advertisement and horrible customer service
The item says "ensemble" and under details listed all the items. Yet I only received 1 item. When I questioned this with customer service they apologized and said it is what it is.

Where is my order
It hadn't developed because I can't reach anyone. So frustrated Never again. How can you have a business and the customer can't reach you because your only thought is yourself and not the customer
I placed an order on April 9th and have not received a tracking number nor any contact. Tried calling but each time I call they put me on hold then hang up the phone.
Tried sending am email but they said I needed to verify mu email address and put in the code that they were to send me. Never received the code tries to get it three times.
They charged my account but I have no merchandise and no money and no way to reach anyone. So yea I am still passed and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Where is my order???
I placed an order(# o1696****) for 4 items back on 5/2/23 and have not received them. My order has always came within 5-10 business days.
I try to contact them on phone and no one answers, I tried emailing and no response. I have ordered from you for so many years and never had issues. Very Frustrating!!! I am under the understanding that you are in Bankruptcy.
If this is true, stop sending me emails for more offers every day!!!

Lakeside Perks is NOT a scam! I have been a member for almost 2 years.
Yes, there is a $14.95/ month charge, but if you submit your receipts like the plan requires you will be rebated more than that amount. I have never gotten a check for less than $40. When I had to buy an appliance, it really paid off!
There are tons of merchants in this plan -- even grocery stores! I just wish it included gasoline companies!
I just had the same thing happened. I will be calling my credit card and I guess I am going to have to cancel my card. I am furious!

YES THEY DID THE SAME FOR ME NOWHERE DID I SIGN UP FOR PERKS MEMBERSHIP I PUT AN ORDER IN WITH THEM ON CHRISTMAS AND SAID THAT IF I SPEND 100 SHIPPING IS FREE I DID THIS AND THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME IT SINCE NOV I JUST CAUGHT ON AND THEY DID NOT SEND ME ALL MY ITEMS
Yep did not know about this until now! I don't need this ! Will be getting a refund hopefully as I didn't want this!
I was also charged $14.95 on the 3rd charge I caught it pending. This was never authorized.
I went straight to the bank and requested a refund and to have the charges stopped.
The bank had to issue a new debit card to stop the charges and are working on the refund. If a company is this shady I would not count on a refund from them and of course I will never order from them again!

So I placed a large order and was "offered" free shipping because of the amount. Shame on me for not reading every word of the email.
Because I accepted their offer of free shipping, I was automatically signed up for LSC Perks. I will never order from them again, they are not transparent in their advertising.
